Stirling NeighbourFood, a Fresh Approach to Accessing Local Food

Connect Local talks to Stuart Guzinski, Forth Environment Link –

Forth Environment Link (FEL) is a Scottish charity, that aims to change the way we think about the world around us; how we choose to travel, what we throw away and the way we eat. Stirling NeighbourFood is one of the ways we help make it easier to put more sustainable, local and seasonal food on our plates. It is a website that enables farmers and food makers to sell fresh produce directly to their local community. Customers can pre-order a basket of food which can include anything from sourdough, organic veg, free-range eggs, rare breed meat, sustainable seafood, farm fresh milk, artisan cheese and more.
